CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & REFUNDS
ALL CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on orders must be placed within 7 calendar days of placing your order by submitting an email to info@fmsgaming.com or by making a request using the HELP chat box provided on Fmsgaming.com.
Orders cancelled within 3 calendar days of being placed may receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 3 calendar days will have to pay a 25% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
ALL RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days from the day of the original delivery date to return your controller to us.
As all FMS Gaming controllers are hand-made to your specifications, there is a 25% restocking fee for non-defective returns. This will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Laser Engraved products are final sale and non-refundable
Please contact us at info@fmsgaming.com before sending in any returns. Once you receive your shipping instructions then you may return the items. You’ll also need to provide the email address and order number used for the original order.
ANY PRODUCTS MAILED IN WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION BY FMS GAMING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED. Any shipping or mailing fee’s incurred by any unauthorized product that is sent in will be paid for by the customer and that product will not be returned to the customer until they have paid the return postage fees or any other fees that are incurred by FMS GAMING resulting from this.
All returns are subject to inspection and testing upon arrival to us. If it is determined that the product has damage or excessive wear upon its return, you agree to be charged additional repair/replacement fees as well as a flat rate $20.00 inspection fee which may be deducted from your total refund.
It is solely the responsibility of you (the customer) to ensure that the product is properly protected by similar and reasonable means before you ship it to us.
Return Shipping Cost
For defective items, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your item is defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
If buyers decide to return non-defective items, buyers will be responsible for return shipping as well as paying the 25% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You agree that FMS Gaming is not responsible for bank processing times.
Original shipping costs, custom printed options, laser engraved items, and rush build times will also not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
