Shipping Policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped (meaning that a shipping label was created for your order). Shipping and delivery time is separate from build time. Included in this email will be your tracking number.
Customers may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or if there are any delays or postal service problems that are outside of our control. It is solely your responsibility to inform us of any late/missing deliveries or missing orders.
In the event of a missing or damaged product, upon notifying FMS Gaming, you agree to complete the appropriate paperwork or any necessary steps required to receive a new product or refund (whichever is applicable). Failure to follow the necessary steps may result in further delays of delivery or refund.
Estimated delivery dates are provided to the customer by the delivery service provider and are subject to change at the carriers discretion. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. FMS Gaming is not responsible for these changes.
Order deliveries are not considered late until 14 business days have passed from the original date that the package was received by the delivery service provider regardless if the estimated delivery date was changed.
You agree that FMS Gaming shall not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your product.
MAIL-IN ORDERS
(If applicable) We offer a “Mail-in” service for customers to ship their controller to FMS Gaming. FMS Gaming will send a link to your email address with your shipping label or provide it on your customer account under “Orders” or a combination of both within 1-3 business days after purchase. If for some reason you have not received a shipping label in 1-3 business days, you agree to contact us for re-submission.
We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives to you as quickly as possible.
