You may only send in unmodded and unaltered XBOX Series X/S controllers only. After placing your order you will receive a shipping label via the email you provide as well as instructions on how to ship your controller within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate protection of your controller when shipping it to FMS Gaming. We are not responsible for any damage or defect that your controller has when it arrives to us.

All Mail-In Controllers will be tested upon arrival and before being shipped back to you.

Do not send any accessories, cables, attachments, or cases with your controller. FMS Gaming will not be responsible for any lost belongings.
